Chicken Thighs With Balsamic Cherry Salsa Recipe

Balsamic glaze: 2 to 1 ratio of balsamic vinegar to sugar. Reduce in pan until syrupy but don’t burn For the cherry salsa: I cooked everything in the pan until sauce was thickened Bc it was for meal prep. Then took it out and mixed it with the balsamic glaze I seasoned the chicken thighs with this spice mix (goes well on a lot of things so worth making extra): 24 pts sugar 30 pts paprika 16 pts mustard 8 pts cinnamon 8 pts onion 1 pt cloves Salt I used skinless boneless chicken thighs so I skipped the skillet frying step. Just baked the chicken and then served it with salsa on the side
